All classes are held at St Andrews Place Art School,

1 St Andrews Place, Southover Road, Lewes, East Sussex BN7 1UP.

 

The classes run on Saturdays 10 – 1pm and Tuesdays 2 – 5pm. and run throughout the year with a short break at xmas. Students can join whenever they like, provided there are spaces,

 

I try to keep the classes to a maximum of 8 students. The class is a friendly and supportive group with a range of age and experience, including many beginners.

 

Each student works on their own individual projects, so if you have a project in mind please bring along some rough sketches or reference images if you can. If you are not sure, we can discuss some ideas at your first class or by email before.

 

Do not be intimidated if you have never done any claywork before. I will be giving you all the necessary skills, techniques and advice to successfully complete your projects and will be teaching you all the basic skills as we go along. My teaching style is encouraging, warm, and approachable. There will be other beginners in the class.
